NASA’s Roman Telescope Is in Commissioning — Ground Stations Are Ready for the Data Surge
NASA says the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope launched successfully on August 30 and separated from its Falcon Heavy upper stage; on September 25, the agency said the ground network that will receive Roman’s high-volume science data is ready for operations expected to begin by early 2027.
